    lol sorry typo. My mistake. What i meant to say is that the 777 is more fuel efficient then the 747. For example EVA Air stop flying to Paris because it cost too much to operate the 747. However EVA has just reinstated the route to paris with the 777 because its more fuel efficient.

    everyone has there preference. My opinion, SQ has the best cabin layout. Emirates has the chance to top Singapore Suites and Business class products but failed to do so. Singapore has double bed suites and Emirates has showers. I guess you cant have both great product on a single plane eh? Atleast EK’s and SQ’S a380 cabin layout is better then that cheap stuff QF stuck on their a380.

    It’s just that I like Emirate’s features. And I don’t like brown that much. It looks so dead. I prefer bright than dim colours.

    How is it better? SIA’s suites are larger, use higher quality materials,, a larger bed and seat, and have more privacy customisation. Combine that with Singapore Airlines famous service, well, that’s a combination that can’t be beat, even with EK’s 5-minutes showers.

    Look at Singapore …
    Look at Singapore Airlines. They used to be one of the worlds Largest 747 operators but they are not holding on to them just because it has ruled the skies for 35 years are so. The B747 was a legacy and an innovation in the industry, but either you like it or not the a380 is a thing of the future. Out with the old and in with the New. This is how our world of consumers operates.

    Major airlines are all ready signing deals to buy better and more fuel efficient aircrafts. Not only is the A380 replacing the 747 but also the 777. It cost way more to operate the 747 then the a380 or 777. With todays economic crisis, airlines has sway and bent towards the a380. They are the ones who is in it to money, they dont care about what ego and legacy the 747 has posses over her years of operations.

    look in the world no other company can beat boieng 747 is queen of the sky, just wait and see a380 will be out of service in about 10-15 years and don’t forget that 747 has ruled sky for over 30-35 years.

    this is what I want …
    this is what I want when I go to first class:
    1)a tv w/ cablevision.
    2)a seat that can hold a my stuff.
    3)a really big luggage container.
    4)a lockable door (for privacy).
    5)a tiny door bell (so when im sleeping they can alarm me to wake up,my food’s ready,or my drink is ready).
    6)a portable stereo system to listen to music on CDs.
    7)DVD player/Blu-Ray player.
    8)Movie/CD picker.
    and at last……………………………..
    9)Bose® head phones.
    Add more if u like.XD!
