The energy places …
The energy places that were previously blocked. What you experienced was a release. You were relaxed enough to release a lot of pinned up energy and this is a good thing. I bet you felt good after the session and after all the sobbing was out… mentally or emotionally that is.

This was a free service at the hospital I had my 5th spinal surgery at last year. A really wonderful lady came in about 3 hours after I gotout of surgery and said not to be surprised if I fell asleep…cuz many patients did. I didn’t fall asleep at all…I ended up sobbing! I’m uming it was because of all of the anxiety and stress that I had experienced waiting for this surgery (plus other issues w/ my parents)….but she never really did tell me why. Any ideas??
