Mr. Balbir S. Sidhu has more than 25 years of management, training
and consultancy experience in the manufacturing, human resource and
strategic management fields. He has held various senior management
appointments as a Production Manager, Administration Manager,
Corporate Secretary, Consultant and Regional Manager in MNCs.
Currently he is a Director and Principal Consultant of a management
consultancy firm. Mr. Sidhu has been a Director on the Board of Management
of other service related companies. He is a former Vice-President and
Management Consultant to the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS).

Sidhu also serves on the Executive Councils of various professional bodies including the
offices of President of a Club, Hon. Advisor of an oc. and as past Vice-President and the
founder member of a leading Management Institute.
Mr. Sidhu holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of East
London - issued under Royal Charter from the Council of National Academic Awards,
United Kingdom (CNAA). He has also obtained post-graduate and professional Diplomas
in the fields of Industrial Management, Ind. Relations and Human Resource Management.
Included in his career experience is the management of the human resource function with
responsibilities involving strategic planning; recruitment & selection; formulation and
implementation of policies & procedures; developing compensation and benefit schemes;
implementing and maintaining employee relations and welfare policies as well as
administering performance management systems.
As administration manager and company secretary, he was responsible for Logistics,
Shipping, Purchasing, Information Technology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations,
Communications, Facilities, Security, and Corporate Affairs of the company.
He has conducted numerous workshops, training seminars in Singapore, Malaysia and
Australia. He has also designed and developed, the soon to be launched, Professional
