    the new cure drummer plays so bad it sucks!
    Boris was by far more proficient in the drums
    Jason Cooper sucks!

    Totally agree with you Skorrigan. His hi-hat work sounds terrible! Jason always accent quarter notes and it just doesn’t sound correct!
    JASON try to play 16th notes when the song requires it!!!

    I’ve been a Cure …
    I’ve been a Cure fan since 1987 when I was 10 and I have to say I have no prob with Jason Cooper. They used to play with a ing drum machine at times in the early 80’s and it sounded fine to me. It fit their minimalist sound. As a matter of fact none of the guys in the band are that great at their respective instruments. Simon is no Geddy Lee, Robert or Porl aren’t Alex Lifeson and Jason ain’t Neil Peart. But you know what? Who cares? They sound good.

    you son of a dont you tell me what i already know about the cure. i know there whole history you head. what im saying is that jason is a jackass, he plays the songs right but one little problem is that he tends to do that same trick with the hi hats and makes every single song sound the same well atleast the drums. so dont you tell me that i dont know there history. and there later ing sucks just like you suck you dumbshit. haha you queer.

    if you were to ask someone in the music industry or proper cure fans if you had to define the cure in an album what would it be, they would probably all turn round and say disintergration. jason copies the drums beats that LOL and Borris have already put down because you cant change them cos it would change the songs to much so you chatting verbal . and he isnt slow, listen to the first band that he was in my life story they had quite an up beat drumming and that was him,

    it would be jason you ing twerp. the cure didnt make any great albums until ography, which was a completly different sound before then they were on the tail end of punk which is what the drum beat to jumping someone elses train is a simple punk beat.

    dont talk such crap you prat, jason is a good drummer, and how can you slag his drumming off when he is copying boris and lol’s drums beats, he is only on 3 albums and the cure normaly play set which focous on albums before wild mood swings. and your obviously a complete for not caring for their 80s-00’s music where the whole sound changes and moves away from the same beats that lol put down for all the early cure stuff, and moves to more adventurous sounds.

    this is one of my favourite songs from the early cure, dont really care for his later 80s or 90s,00s stuff. badass song though!!! did he do wish he’d play more early rare stuff! i hate the drummer thats in the cure now, he does that same beat with the hi hats a lot. he sucks hole.
