    Wow, kinda too much …
    Wow, kinda too much for me. I eat about 6-8 raw cloves a week usually 2 a day.

    I eat five to ten …
    I eat five to ten cloves or RAW GARLIC per day most of the time. Unless its raw the benefits are lost!
